Law360, New York (July 14, 2010, 3:01 PM EDT) -- A judge has ruled that CNet founder Halsey Minor is the legal owner of an Andy Warhol painting of Grace Kelly, as well as several equestrian scenes, in his ongoing legal feud with Christie's Inc., but has not ordered the transfer of the paintings because of a pending appeal by Christie's.
