7th Circ. Revives Suit Over NCAA Ticket Lottery System

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has overturned a lower court's dismissal of a proposed nationwide class action accusing the National Collegiate Athletic Association of operating illegal lotteries to sell and distribute tickets to certain Division I championship tournaments.
