BA Pulls 32 Airlines Into UK Air Cargo Cartel Case

Law360, New York (July 23, 2010, 11:47 AM EDT) -- British Airways PLC has pulled 32 other airlines into a U.K. case seeking damages for the alleged air cargo cartel that has spawned a bevy of antitrust investigations and hundreds of millions of dollars in fines worldwide.
