SAA Ordered To Produce Cost Info In Air Cargo MDL

Law360, New York (July 26, 2010, 5:07 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered South African Airways Ltd. to hand information about its costs and transactions over to plaintiffs in a multidistrict litigation accusing a slew of airlines of fixing air cargo shipping prices, even though producing the information might break a South African law.
