Law360, New York (July 27, 2010, 6:43 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss a video game designer's suit claiming a game on Facebook infringes the copyright of one of his creations, shooting down the website's argument that he can't allege direct infringement based on how the two games “look and feel.”
