3 Finance Execs Charged In Bond Bid-Rigging Scheme

Law360, New York (July 27, 2010, 6:53 PM EDT) -- Three former financial services executives were indicted Tuesday for allegedly participating in a scheme to set artificially low bids on state and municipal bonds.

In an indictment filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, prosecutors charged Dominick P. Carollo, Steven E. Goldberg and Peter S. Grimm with participating in wire fraud schemes and separate fraud conspiracies between 1999 and 2006.
