Trump Entertainment Balks At Lenders' $7M Legal Fees

Law360, New York (July 28, 2010, 12:32 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt developer Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. has objected to a request by its senior lenders, Beal Bank and Icahn Partners LP, for $7 million in legal fees to be paid from the debtor's estate to White & Case LLP and Brown Rudnick LLP.
