McKinsey Wire-Transfer Defendant Fails In New Trial Bid

Law360, New York (August 2, 2010, 5:08 PM EDT) -- A former McKinsey & Co. consultant convicted of illegally transferring money to Iran has failed to persuade a judge to grant him a new trial on the contention that the prosecutors changed their story during the proceedings and misled jurors by focusing on just one transaction.
