NYC OTB, Racetracks' Dispute Sent To State Board

Law360, New York (August 6, 2010, 3:17 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy court has ruled that a dispute between New York City Off-Track Betting Corp. and racetrack operators Finger Lakes Racing Association and Empire Resorts Inc. over nearly $8 million in unpaid commissions must be decided by a state racing board.
