Judge Postpones Hearing On Granite’s Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (February 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A bankruptcy judge has pushed off a hearing on Granite Broadcasting Corp.’s latest version of its exit plan to give all parties a chance to look over the revisions.

Judge Allan Gropper of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Manhattan has decided to delay the hearing on the company’s disclosure statement until Wednesday to make sure the plan is ready for creditors to consider.
