Viacom Sues Ex-CIO Over Jump To Conde Nast

Law360, New York (August 9, 2010, 6:49 PM EDT) -- Media giant Viacom Inc. has sued its former chief information officer over his impending jump to Conde Nast, saying he breached a contractual noncompete agreement and will "inevitably" use Viacom's trade secrets against it at his new post.
