Coca-Cola Settles Wage Suit For $14M

Law360, New York (February 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Coca-Cola Enterprises has agreed to pay $14 million to settle a class action suit brought by hourly employees who said they were required to work off the clock.

The settlement, which was cited in the soft drink maker’s filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, has been preliminarily approved by the San Bernardino Superior Court.

A hearing regarding final approval of the settlement is scheduled for April 4.
