Creditors Object To Sale Of Air America Radio

Law360, New York (February 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal bankruptcy judge has reportedly approved the $4.25 million sale of liberal talk radio network Air America Radio to Stephen L. Green, the chairman of SL Green Realty Corp., inciting objections from the official committee of unsecured creditors.

In announcing the approval after a hearing on Friday, Judge Robert Drain of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan transferred all assets from Piquant LLC, Air America’s old parent company, to Green Family Media LLC, its new parent company.
