Law360, New York (August 20, 2010, 6:48 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has ruled in favor of The Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in its ongoing battle to enforce the noncompete agreements it struck with two portfolio managers who sold their investment management business to the financial giant.
