Liberty Calls PATH's Dropping Of $7M Suit A 'Ploy'

Law360, New York (August 23, 2010, 3:57 PM EDT) -- A subsidiary of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has dropped a suit accusing a Liberty Mutual unit of reneging on a contractual duty to indemnify a $7 million personal injury verdict, but the insurer is calling the dismissal a ploy to bring the matter back to state court.
