J&J, Target, CVS Escape Toxic Bath Products Action

Law360, New York (September 2, 2010, 2:05 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out a putative class action accusing Johnson & Johnson Consumer Co. Inc., L'Oreal USA Inc., Kimberly-Clark Corp., CVS Pharmacy Inc. and Target Corp. of knowingly manufacturing and selling children's bath products that contain probable carcinogens and other unsafe substances.
