Law360, New York (February 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- When the world’s largest privately owned distributor of Toyota vehicles faced a wage-and-hour suit, it turned to Akerman Senterfitt for legal representation. The firm not only won the case but also successfully defended the win before an appeals court.

Wage-and-hour suits currently account for about a third of Akerman Senterfitt’s labor and employment practice’s litigation work, according to James S. Bramnick, the group’s chair.
