Claims Against J&J In 8 States Dismissed In AWP MDL

Law360, New York (September 7, 2010, 1:36 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has left claims against Johnson & Johnson in the average wholesale price multidistrict litigation largely intact, denying the company's motion for summary judgment with regard to the laws of most states in the litigation while allowing it with regard to a handful of others.
