Saudi Bin Ladin Group Wants Out Of 9/11 MDL

Law360, New York (September 8, 2010, 5:45 PM EDT) -- An engineering and construction company owned by Osama bin Laden's family has asked once again to be released from the multidistrict litigation relating to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, claiming that the plaintiffs have yet to make a claim after four years of discovery.

James E. Gauch, Stephen J. Brogan and Mary Ellen Powers of Jones Day filed a motion to dismiss on behalf of Saudi Binladin Group in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday.
