KBR Prevails In Suit Over Toxic Exposure In Iraq

Law360, New York (September 10, 2010, 5:56 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out a failure-to-warn suit brought by a disabled veteran against contracting firm Kellogg Brown and Root Service Inc. and related entities over his alleged exposure to toxic chemicals during the most recent Iraq War.
