Titan Demands $226K In Military Contract Spat

Law360, New York (September 10, 2010, 2:11 PM EDT) -- A Seattle, Wash.-based demolition company that performed subcontracting work on military child development centers has sued its insurance company and other contract firms, claiming they owe it $226,000 for unpaid labor.

The complaint, technically filed by the U.S. government, was lodged Thursday for the use and benefit of plaintiff subcontractor Titan Earthwork LLC. Contractors Atlantic Marine Construction Co.
