BofA Seeks Interlocutory Appeal Over Merrill Merger

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 12:39 PM EDT) -- The defendants in multidistrict litigation over Bank of America Corp.’s troubled $50 billion acquisition of Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. are seeking an interlocutory appeal to determine if investors are in fact able to pursue claims that the bank failed to fully disclose bonus payouts and other details about the merger.
