Safeway Insurance Adjuster Launches OT Action

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 2:15 PM EDT) -- A Safeway Insurance Co. employee has launched a putative class action accusing the auto insurer of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay its insurance adjusters proper overtime wages.
