Insurers On Hook For Defense Of Writers' Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 13, 2010, 5:53 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has determined that four insurers have the duty to defend but not to indemnify Hollywood talent agency International Creative Management Inc. in a settled underlying age discrimination class action brought by members of the Writers Guild of America.
