Time Warner Contract Suit Against Turner CEO Survives

Law360, New York (September 15, 2010, 1:43 PM EDT) -- The former CEO of defunct television services company Turner Media Group Inc. has lost his bid to toss Time Warner Cable Inc.'s suit seeking to hold him and a successor company liable for breaching an agreement to broadcast Turner infomercials on its cable systems.
