DHS Hit With FOIA Suit Over Lockheed Subcontract

Law360, New York (September 20, 2010, 3:34 PM EDT) -- The American Small Business League has sued the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for refusing to release subcontracting information on an aircraft maintenance contract awarded to Lockheed Martin Corp.

The complaint, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, accuses DHS of violating the Freedom of Information Act by refusing to disclose financial details of the subcontracts.
