Judge Orders BofA To Disclose Report in ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (September 21, 2010, 1:53 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered Bank of America Corp. and other defendants to hand over an investment report that plaintiffs in a putative class action argued could help their claims that administrators of the company’s 401(k) plan engaged in corporate self-dealing by pumping employee savings into BofA-affiliated funds.
