Hallmark Sues US Over Fort Dix Shuttle Contract

Law360, New York (October 1, 2010, 1:00 PM EDT) -- Hallmark Capital Group LLC has sued the federal government over a contract with the U.S. Air Force to provide shuttle and bus services at New Jersey's Fort Dix, saying the U.S. made several errors in the solicitation documents and is unwilling to alter the contract to reflect necessary adjustments.
