House Pushes For OCI Rules In NASA Acquisitions

Law360, New York (October 11, 2010, 4:11 PM EDT) -- Even as President Barack Obama signed the 2010 NASA authorization bill into law Monday, members of the U.S. House of Representatives are still fighting for some of the acquisition measures that got left on the cutting room floor, including new rules on organizational conflicts of interest in NASA contracts.
