Judge Dismisses Flight Instruction Suit Against USAF

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 5:49 PM EDT) -- A federal district judge has dismissed a suit brought by government contractors accusing the U.S. Air Force and the Department of Defense of violating their own procedures in a decision to “in-source” the instruction of certain fighter pilots, finding that the case belongs in the U.S Court of Federal Claims.
