Small Biz Agency Can't Nix Suit Over PR Firm

Law360, New York (October 14, 2010, 1:43 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied the U.S. Small Business Administration’s bid to dismiss a suit filed by a small business advocacy group that is seeking information about the agency’s alleged use of public relations firm APCO Worldwide Inc. to cover up its role in awarding small business contracts to large companies.
