SiRF Fires Back At Broadcom's GPS Patent Claims

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 2:31 PM EDT) -- SiRF Technology Inc. has shot back at Broadcom Corp.'s claims that the wireless technology company's GPS devices infringe its patents, requesting sanctions in Broadcom's U.S. International Trade Commission action and launching a second patent infringement suit against Broadcom.
