Law360, New York (October 14, 2010, 6:41 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Thursday denied Chimicles & Tikellis LLP’s request for $17.5 million of $52.4 million in fees awarded to lead counsel firms Abbey Spanier Rodd & Abrams LLP and Kirby McInerney LLP in the settlement of a securities class action against now-defunct Adelphia Communications Corp. and its bank underwriters.
