Sunset Review Of Furniture Duties Sparks Tensions

Law360, New York (October 29, 2010, 5:30 PM EDT) -- As the U.S. International Trade Commission weighs whether to end five-year-old anti-dumping duties on wooden bedroom furniture from China, the U.S. manufacturers who filed the petition and Chinese companies are wrangling over what benefit the duties provided to domestic industry and the propriety of settlements paid by Chinese companies to U.S. producers.
