Halliburton Gets Discovery Limited In Iraq Contract Suit

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 5:41 PM EDT) -- Halliburton Co., its KBR Inc. subsidiary and fellow defense contractor Daoud & Partners Ltd. have won their bid to limit certain discovery requests in a contract administrator's qui tam action accusing them of inflating the costs of constructing laundry facilities on military bases in Iraq.
