Vehicles Made In US Despite Chinese Parts: Customs

Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 4:18 PM EDT) -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has ruled that a line of golf and recreational electric vehicles should count as American for the purposes of federal government procurement, even though they are made with some parts imported from China.
