Food Network, Private Chefs End Trademark Row

Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 11:44 AM EDT) -- A private chefs agency has settled its claims that Food Network Inc. stole the concept for “Private Chefs of Beverly Hills” following a judge's refusal to block the second season of the celebrity chef reality show.

Judge Consuelo B. Marshall of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California said Thursday that Private Chefs Inc. had settled its suit over "Private Chefs," which Food Network described as a peek into the "world of culinary glamour."
