Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 1:47 PM EDT) -- The Funeral Consumers Alliance Inc. has appealed the dismissal of an antitrust suit accusing Service Corp. International and other corporate funeral homes of conspiring with casket makers to boycott independent casket distributors and overcharge grieving families.
