Scotbilt Can't Shake Home Insulation Class Action

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 3:19 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has largely rejected Scotbilt Homes Inc.’s bid to dismiss a putative racketeering and breach of contract class action alleging the homebuilder systematically overrated the insulation in its homes, instead requiring greater details about the alleged fraud and its participants.
