Ex-KB Home CEO Fights Proposed 14-Year Sentence

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 3:46 PM EDT) -- With his sentencing day drawing near, Bruce Karatz, former CEO of KB Home Inc., has asked the federal judge in charge of his case to ignore prosecutors' demands that he serve at least 14 years in prison for stock options backdating.
