BofA, Others Hit With Class Suit Over Fla. Foreclosures

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Florida property owners who claim they lost the title to their property through wrongful foreclosures have slapped Bank of America Corp. unit BAC Home Loans Servicing LP, Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. and U.S. Bank NA with a putative class action.

The complaint, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, accuses the banks of attaining foreclosures from Florida state courts by using false affidavits.
