Gov't Seeks 17 Years For Ex-Duane Reade CEO

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 3:05 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors have said ex-Duane Reade CEO Anthony Cuti, who was convicted of a scheme to artificially inflate the value of his New York-based drugstore chain, should serve as much as a 17 1/2-year minimum prison sentence called for under federal guidelines.
