Media Giants Seek Dismissal Of Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (March 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hearst Corp. and MediaNews Group Inc. have asked for summary judgment in an antitrust suit against them, claiming that individual readers do not have the right to legally intervene in newspaper acquisitions.
