Netezza, IISi Settle Suit Over Alleged Software Hack

Law360, New York (November 10, 2010, 7:27 PM EST) -- Netezza Corp. has settled a breach of contract and trade secrets suit claiming the computer hardware company reverse-engineered Intelligent Integration Systems Inc.'s geospatial software product and then sold a flawed version to the CIA.

Marlborough, Mass.-based Netezza, which has agreed to be bought by IBM Corp., and IISi said in a joint statement Wednesday that they had reached an agreement that would resolve all ongoing litigation between the companies.
