Judge Lets Labor Chief Weigh In On Ivy ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (November 10, 2010, 7:42 PM EST) -- A federal judge has allowed the U.S. Secretary of Labor to file an amicus brief opposing Ivy Asset Management LLC’s bid to reconsider an earlier order declaring the company an investment adviser in a case that accuses Ivy of investing money in Bernard L. Madoff’s now-infamous Ponzi scheme.
