Adelphia Execs Continue Fight For Interview Notes

Law360, New York (November 11, 2010, 3:00 PM EST) -- The founder of cable company Adelphia Communications Corp. and his son are back in a district court trying to force prosecutors to turn over interview notes, after failing to convince the U.S. Supreme Court to review a decision to uphold their combined 29-year prison terms for securities fraud.
