Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 4:47 PM EST) -- The owner of Manhattan's famous Lipstick Building — from which Bernard Madoff once ran his Ponzi scheme, and where Latham & Watkins LLP makes its New York home — has filed a prepackaged bankruptcy that will let it reduce a $210 million loan it owes to Royal Bank of Canada after the bank tried to foreclose on the property in June.
