Japan Airlines, Nippon Execs Indicted For Price-Fixing

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 5:27 PM EST) -- Two former Nippon Cargo Airlines Co. Ltd. executives and a former Japan Airlines International Co. Ltd. executive were charged Tuesday with fixing rates for air cargo shipments, becoming the latest targets in the U.S. government's probe into the air transportation industry.

A grand jury returned an indictment in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on Tuesday against former JAL Air Cargo Sales President Takao Fukuchi and ex-Nippon senior executives Yoshio Kunugi and Naoshige Makino.
