Ernst & Young Escapes OT Class Action In New York

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 11:50 AM EST) -- The named plaintiff in a putative class action alleging that Ernst & Young LLP violated New York labor laws by not paying its associates for overtime has withdrawn the suit after agreeing with the company that a New York federal court lacks jurisdiction.
