Yellow Pages Publisher Local Insight Files For Ch. 11

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 12:26 PM EST) -- Local Insight Media Holdings Inc., the fifth-largest publisher of Yellow Pages directories in the U.S., has filed for bankruptcy as it struggles to meet debt obligations in the face of decreased advertising revenue and a decline in print media.

Local Insight and several subsidiaries, including Local Insight Regatta Holdings Inc. and The Berry Company LLC, filed for Chapter 11 protection Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The Berry Company listed total liabilities between $500 million and $1 billion in its filing....
